RESPONSIBILITIES

Trainer agrees to maintain confidentiality and ethical approach to training and mentorship.

Client is responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results. As such, the Client agrees that the Trainer is not and will not be liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Trainer.

Client understands training and mentorship is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.

Client understands that training and mentorship is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental, medical or other qualified professionals and will seek independent professional guidance for such matters. 

SERVICES

This agreement, between Trainer & Client will begin on date signed and will continue for up to 3 months from the start date or through the duration of the Program into which the Client is enrolled, whichever is longer.

Trainer will be available to Client by email &/or text in between scheduled sessions as defined by the Trainer. Trainer will reply within 24-36 hours upon receiving a correspondence Monday-Thursday between 9am-4pm mountain time.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, including but not limited to, handouts, exercises, and other resources provided during the Program are the property of the Trainer and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the written consent of the Trainer.

SCHEDULE AND FEES

The Client agrees to pay the investment total prior to beginning the program, or on a monthly basis as defined by Trainer and Client. The total agreed upon investment as purchased from Kajabi must be paid in full within 30 days of the last session. Dates of sessions to be determined.

LATE PAYMENTS

Client understands that failure to remit any of the required payments on time, will result in an email or other written notice from the office of Dev Suroop K. Khalsa. If, after 30 days, payments have still not been made Dev Suroop K. Khalsa may terminate further services until payments are made.
